Solution

Removal of gallbladder:

  1. The removal of gallbladder occurs in patients who are suffering from gall stones that are unable to be removed or formation of tumor in the gallbladder.
  2. Gall bladder generally acts as the structure that stores bile to release it into the duodenum when the food enters the duodenum.
  3. Here, for 'A' there is no chance of storing bile, which acts on the digestion of fat globules in food into smaller globules under normal conditions.
  4. If 'A' eats fat in bulk, she will not be able to digest a high fat diet containing a bulk of fat as enough bile is not stored.
