A heater coil rating 500 W, 250 volt is connected to a supply of 200 volt. What is the time taken by it to boil 3.2 liter of water at $0^{\circ}$ C (assuming 100% efficiency of the heater)?

Total heat needed = 3.2X4200X(100-0)J
Power = 500W
Power X t=Total heat needed
t=3.2X4200X100/500=2688s
