Volume of the hemisphere is given by: V=23πR3
V23×227×(72)3
V=5396 m3

5 liters=0.001×5 m3=0.005 m3
Time taken to empty 0.005 m3 is 1 sec
Time taken to empty 5396 m3 is t=0.005×5396 sec
t=5391200 sec
