The correct option is A 16.5 min.
Radius of the hemispherical tank =32=1.5 m
Volume of a hemisphere of radius 'r' =23πr3
Hence, volume of the tank =23×227×32×32×32=9914m3

Half of the volume of the tank =9928m3=9928×1000 litres

To empty, 347=257 litres, time is one second

To empty 9928×1000 litres, time =9928×1000257=990 seconds =16.5 min
