Min. clearance
=L.L of hole - U.L of shaft =0.1 mm

Hole tolerance = U.L of hole - L.L of hole

=1.5 times shaft tolerance

=1.5 [U.L of shaft -L.L of shaft]

Hole basis system,

Therefore, L.L of hole =70 mm

700.1=U.L of shaft

69.9=U.L of shaft

Let U.L of hole =X

X70=1.5 [69.9(X0.2)]

X70=105.151.5 X
