Inner radius $= 5.5 ㎝$
Thickness $= 1.5 ㎝$
Outer radius $= 5.5 + 1.5 = 7 ㎝$
Volume of wood required $= π (R^{2} - r^{2}) \times h$
$= \frac{22}{7} (7^{2} - {(5.5)}^{2}) \times 28$
$= 88 (49 - 30.25)$
$= 1650 ㎤$
