A lens has a convex surface one side and a concave surface another side. If the radius of curvature of convex and concave are equal to R each and μ is refractive index of lens then its focal length is:
1f=(μ−1)(1Rconvex−1Rconcave)
1/f=(μ−1)(1R−1R)
1/f=(μ−1)(0)
1f=0
⇒f=∞
So, focal length is infinite.
