Solution

The correct option is C 22 n
T=2πω=2πIMB

M= Magnetic moment

So, n=12πMBI

n Frequency

M=4M and B=2B

n=12πMBI=12π(4M) (2B)I

n=2212πM BI=22 n

So, number of oscillations per minute will increase to 22 n

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
Why this Question?
Note: The time period of a bar magnet oscillating in an external magnetic field is given by,

T=2πω=2πIMB
