Solution

The correct option is B Rs. 30,000
Total wealth =x
To his wife =x2
To his son =12×45x=2x5
To his daughter =2x15 [i.e.: 23].
To Endowment Remaining = 1000
x2+2x5+2x15+1000=x
15x+6(2x)+2(2x)30+1000=x.
15x+12x+4x+30000=30x
31x30x=30000
x=30000
The wealth of person =Rs.30000
