Klinefelter's syndrome is a genetic disorder in which the individuals have an additional X chromosome (XXY).
Hence they are male (due to the presence of the Y chormosome) but develop female secondary sexual characteristics like development of breasts and loss of facial hair (due to additional X chromosome). These individuals also show mental retardness and are sterile.

Down's syndrome is caused due to trisomy of the 21st chromosome and hence can occur in both males and females.

Turner's syndrome is caused due to the absence of an X chromosome (XO). It affects development in females.

Edward's syndrome is caused due to trisomy of 18th chromosome and hence can occur in males and females both. These individuals rarely survive beyond a year of birth.
