$\to$ Let the man had x money
As S.I. = $\frac{p r t}{100}$ (Principle, rate, time)
$\Rightarrow \frac{70 x}{100} \times \frac{3 \times 15}{100} - \frac{30 x}{100} \times \frac{2 \times 10}{100} = 2295$
$\Rightarrow \frac{63 x}{200} - \frac{3 x}{50} = 2295$
$\Rightarrow 51 x = 2295 \times 200$
$\Rightarrow x = R s . 9000$
