Open in App
Solution

SellingPrice of the cycle =Rs.1288,Loss=8%
CostPrice of the cycle =[100100LossPercent×S.P]
=Rs.[1001008×1288]=Rs.[10092×1288]=Rs.1400
Now, C.P=Rs.1400
Gain (desired) =8%
S.P=[100+GainPercent100×C.P]
=Rs.[100+8100×1400]=Rs.[108100×1400]
=Rs.1512
