Boiling point of water is ${100}^{o}C$

Different between lower and upper point is $100-0=100$

Temperature of liquid is $\frac{7}{10}\times 100={70}^{o}C$

Now we know $9C=5(F-32)$

$9\times 70=5(F-32)$

$F={158}^{o}F$
