Let the inner radius be $r_{0} = 1 c m$ and
Outer radius be $r_{1} = 1.5 c m$
Outer surface area = $2 π r_{0} h$
$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 1.5 \times 7$
$= 2 \times 22 \times 1.5$
$= 22 \times 3$
$= 66 c m^{2}$
TSA =CSA +Area of 2 circular face
$= 66 + 2 π (r_{0}^{2} - r_{1}^{2})$
$= 66 + 2 \times \frac{22}{7} (2.25 - 1)$
$= 66 + 2 \times \frac{22}{7} (1.25)$
$= 66 + 7.857$
$= 73.857$
