Radius of cylinderical tank (r)=1.5 m and height (h)=10.5 m

$\therefore$ Volume of the tank $=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 1.5\times 1.5\times 10.5m^3$

$=\frac{22\times 15}{10}\times \frac{15}{10}\times \frac{15}{10}\times \frac{105}{10}$

$=74.25m^3$

$\therefore$ Quantity of milk in litre

$=74.25\times 1000l=74250litres$
