A milkman wants to sell milk to 10 houses. Each house requires 750 ml of milk. If the milkman has 7 L of milk will he be able to fulfill the need of every house?

Quantity of milk required by every house
= 750 ml
Total quantity of milk required
= 750 × 10
= 7500 ml
= 7000 ml + 500 ml
= 7 l 500 ml
Quantity of milk milkman had = 7 l
Difference between quantity of milk required and quantity of milk milkman had
= Total quantity of milk required - Quantity of milk milkman had
= 500 ml
Milkman needs 500 ml of milk more to fulfill the requirement.
So, he will not be able to fulfill every house requirement
