A mixture of milk contains $7$ parts of milk and $3$ parts of water. Find the percentage of milk in the mixture.

Milk $= 7$ Parts
Water $= 3$ Parts
Total $= 7 + 3 = 10$ Parts
$%$ of milk $= \frac{7}{10} \times 100$
$= 70 %$
$%$ of water $= \frac{3}{10} \times 100$
$= 30 %$
