The correct option is B 10 : 13
Hydrogen nucleus has 1 proton (1 proton has 1 unit positive charge), which means this neutral atom has 13 units positive charge. If the mass of a hydrogen atom is 1 unit, then the mass of this neutral atom is 27 units. Since, for a neutral atom number of electrons = number of protons = 13. Now, for this neutral atom to form a stable positive ion, it must lose 3 electrons present in its valence shell to obtain stable configuration. Hence, its ion will have 10 electrons. Therefore, the ratio of electron to protons in the ion is 10:13.​
