Emission of β-particle β-10 mass number remains same and atomic number increases by one unit.

ii. 24 is the mass number of sodium Na and 11 is the atomic number of sodium Na atom.

iii. Mg2412 and N11a24 having same mass number but different atomic number.

Atoms having same mass number but different atomic number is known as isobars.

Hence, Mg2412 and N11a24 are isobars.
