The correct option is B 1.2 nC
Given:
C=90 pF

Now charge for V=20 volt

Q=CV

Q=90×20 pC.....(1)

When the dielectric medium is present then capacitance is,

C=KC

C=53×90 pF

Charge Q=CV=53×20×90 pC....(2)

Now the induced charge is,

QQ=(531)×20×90×1012 C

=1200×1012 C=1.2 nC
