Rs. $900$

Let the sum lent at $10\%$ p.a. be Rs. $x$.

Then, the sum lent at $7\%$ p.a. is Rs. $(1500-x)$.
Then according to the question, we have

$\Rightarrow \frac{x\times 10\times 3}{100}+\frac{(1500-x)\times 7\times 3}{100}=396$
$\Rightarrow \frac{30x}{100}+315-\frac{21x}{100}=396$
$\Rightarrow \frac{9x}{100}=81$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{81\times 100}{9}=$ Rs. $900$

Hence sum lent at $10\%$ p.a is Rs. $900$.
