It is given that
$\frac{d v}{d x} = 5$
So, acceleration of particle is given by
$a = v \frac{d v}{d x}$
when $v = 20 m/ s$ ,
$a = v \frac{d v}{d x} = 20 (5) {ms}^{2} = 100 {m/s}^{2}$
