$50\sqrt{3}m{s}^{-1}$

We know $V=\sqrt{V_x^2+V_y^2}$

$\cos \theta =\frac{50}{100}=\frac{1}{2}$

$\Rightarrow \theta ={60}^0$ $\therefore$ $V_y=V\sin 60=100\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}=50\sqrt{3}m/s$.
