and as we know,
change in liner moment = impulse
so, mdvdt=qE
taking integration at both side
v0dv=qE0mt0sinωtdt
v=qE0m(1cosωt)ω=1×1(1cosωt)103×103
v=(1cosωt)
Vmax=2 m/s
