Length,l=110m
Breadth,b=90m
Area of garden $= l \times b = 110 * 90 = 9900 m^{2}$
When new path is included then,l=120m and b=100m
Sothat area $= l \times b = 120 \times 100 = 12000 m^{2}$
Area of path= $12000 - 9900 = 2100 m^{2}$
1 hectare= $10000 m^{2}$
Therefore area of garden= $\frac{2100}{10000} = 0.21$ hectares
