We have
$\frac{S{P}_1}{100+x_1}=\frac{S{P}_2}{100+x_2}$

$\frac{\frac{1}{6}}{100-6}=\frac{S{P}_2}{100+8}$

$S{P}_2=\frac{1}{36}\times \frac{108}{96}=\frac{1}{32}$

$\therefore$ He has to sell 32 oranges per rupee.
