Let the CP of the bike be x
Then, SP = 0.75x
CP if he had bought it for 15% less = .85x
His loss would have been = 10%
$\Rightarrow$ SP of the bike $=0.9\times 0.85=0.765x$
0.765x - 0.75x = 270
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{270}{0.015}=18000$
