Let the cost of the bike be = X
Then, the person sold it for = 0.75X
If he had bought the bike for 0.85x and sold it for 0.75X+270, he would have only lost 10%.
0.75X+270 = 910×0.85X
Which means that 0.015X = 270
So, X = 18000
