$\therefore$ T = $\sqrt{\frac{2(H-Lsin37)}{g}}$
$\therefore$ T = 1
$\therefore$ $V_0$ = $\frac{10\left(\frac{4}{5}\right)}{1}$
$\therefore$ $V_0$ = 8 m/s
