The correct option is A 2000V
Total energy stored in capacitor,
power×time=2000×0.04J (i)
Energy stored in capacitor can also be written as,
E=CV22=12×40×106V2 (ii)
using equation (i) and (ii)
2000×0.04=12×40×106V2
or V2=4×106orV=2000V
