Object is dropped from plane, hence it's horizontal component of velocity ux will remain constant and will be equal to the horizontal velocity of plane.
Horizontal velocity of plane=100 m/s
vx=ux=100 m/s
Object reaches ground in 10 s
vy=uy+ayt, taking vertically downwards as +ve y direction
vy=0+g×t=10×10=100 m/s
From vector triangle representing velocity while striking gound:

tanθ=vyvx=100100
tanθ=1
θ=45
