angle of incidence = angle of reflection
AOC=BOC
BOC=30
Now, POC=90 (normal line)
BOC+BOP=90
30+BOP=90
BOP=60
but OPB=60
So OPB=BOP=60
these are alternate angle pair of line
OB and PQ
Hence, OB//PB.
SO, reflected ray makes 0 with horizontal
Hence, (C) is correct option.
