Impulsive force can be obtained form the equation,
$F=\frac{\Delta p}{\Delta t}=\frac{m(v_f-v_i)}{t}...\left(i\right)$
Final velocity of the ball is zero after player catches the ball.
$\therefore F=\frac{m(0-20)}{0.1}=-\frac{0.15\times 20}{0.1}$
Impulsive force, $F=-30\text{N}$
$\therefore$ Magnitude of impulsive force is $30\text{N}$
