A pole of height 14 m casts a shadow 10 m long on the ground At the same time a tower casts the shadow 70 m long on the ground. Find the height of the tower

Let CD be the pole and AB be the tower
$\angle BAE=\angle DCE={90}^{\circ }$
$\therefore DC\parallel AB$
$\therefore \Delta ABE\sim \Delta CDE\left(AAA\right)$
$\Rightarrow \frac{CE}{AE}=\frac{CD}{AB}\Rightarrow \frac{10}{70}=\frac{14}{AB}$
$\Rightarrow AB=98m$
