Cost spent on repair and painting $=Rs20,000$

Total money invested $=1,70,000$

Selling price $=Rs2,00,000$

S.P-cost price $=2,00,000-1,70,000$$=30,000$

He got profit

$\frac{30,000}{2,00,000}\times 100=15\%$ Profit
