The correct option is B 7 cm
Since one side of a triangle cannot be greater than the sum of the other two sides.

Thus, the diagonal BD must be smaller than the sum of AB + AD and smaller than the sum of BC + CD.
Now, AB + AD = 6 cm and BC + CD = 6.5 cm.

Hence, BD should be less than 6 cm.
So, BD = 7 cm is not possible.
