The correct option is B 98 cm2
Diameter = AB = length of the rectangle.
Radius = AB = AD = OP

circumference of circle = pi×diameter

Diameter = circumferenceπ
= 44π
Diameter = 44×722 = 14 cm

Diameter = 2×radius

Hence radius = diameter2 = 142 = 7 cm

area of rectangle = length ×breadth
= AB×BC
= 14×7
= 98cm2
