Area of plot = 7560=4500m^2

length of plot including path = 75+2= 77m
breadth of plot including path= 60+2 = 62m
area of plot including path = 7762 = 4774 m^2

area of path= area of path including road- area of plot
= 4774-4500
= 274m^2

cost of construction per m^2= ₹125
cost of construction of path = ₹ 125*274
= ₹34250
