The length of the rectangle be come the circumference of the base of the cylinder

$\therefore 2\pi r=44\Rightarrow r=7$ ( where r is the redius of cylinder)

The wiedth og rectangle become the height of cylinder=100 cm

So volume of cylinder=$\pi r^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times (7{)}^2\times 100=15400c{m}^3$
