length $l = 20$ cm, breadth $b = 6$ cm and height $h = 14$ cm

Total Surface Area $= 2 (l b + b h + l h)$
$= 2 (20 \times 6 + 6 \times 14 + 20 \times 14)$
$= 2 (120 + 84 + 280)$
$= 2 \times 484 = 968$ cm $^{2}$
