Radius of the base, $r=4.5m$

Total heightof the base, $H=10.8m$

CSA of cone $=\pi rl$

$l=\sqrt{(4.5{)}^2+6^2}=7.5$

CSA of cylinder $=2\times \pi \times r\times h$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r\times h$

Canvas required $=$ CSA of cone $+$ CSA of cylinder [CSA $=$ Curved Surface Area]

$=(\frac{22}{7}\times 4.5\times 7.5)+(2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 4.5\times 4.8)$

$=\frac{742.5}{7}+\frac{950.4}{7}$

$=241.84c{m}^2$
