$ABCD\Rightarrow$ reactangular floor, $PQRB$ square carpet

$AB=200$ $BC=300$

$AP=QS=(AB-PB)=200-180=20m$

$AS=180M$

$DS=AD-AS=300-180=120m$

Area of floor not carpet$=Area\left(APQS\right)+Area\left(SRCD\right)$

$=(AP\times QS)+(SR\times RC)$

$=(20\times 180)+(200\times 120)$

$=3600+24000m^2$

$\text{area of floor carpeted}=27600m^2$
