(a) Side of square =8.3cm
Length of diagonal = length of side of the square ×1.414=8.3×1.414=11.7362=11.74cm(approx.)
(b) side of square =7.875cm
Length of diagonal = Length of side of the square ×1.414=7.875×1.414=11.13525=11.14cm(approx.)
