The student throws a ball into the air along a path that he just to make an initial angle 60 degrees with the horizontal and to be in line with the track the student's professor who is standing on the ground nearby, observe the ball to rise. Solution

Given,

Initial velocity = u = 10 m/s

Angle of projection = θ=60o\theta = 60^oθ=60o

We know that the height of the projectile is given by,

H=u2sin2θ2g

H=(10)2×sin2(60o)2×9.8=100×32×9.8×4=30078.4

H=3.83m.
