The correct option is C 100 m/s
Given that $v_{1} = 10 m / s; m_{1} = 10 k g$
$v_{2} = 0; m_{2} = 9 k g$
$v_{3} = v; m_{3} = 1 k g$
According to conservation of momentum
$m_{1} v_{1} = m_{2} v_{2} + m_{3} v_{3}$
$10 \times 10 = 9 \times 0 + 1 \times v \Rightarrow v = 100 m / s$
