Capacitive reactance is,

$X_C=\frac{1}{\omega C}$

$=\frac{1}{2\pi fC}$

$=\frac{1}{2\pi \times 5000\times 1/\pi }$

$={10}^{-4}\Omega$

Here, the resistance is very high in comparison to capacitive reactance, so almost whole current will pass through the resistor.

Current through resistor of $100\Omega$ is,

$I=\frac{V}{R}$

$=\frac{20}{100}=0.2A$
