Cost for one meter cube $=Rs.500$

Original cost $=Rs.250$

Volume = original cost / cost for one meter cube

volume $=\frac{250}{500}$

volume $=0.5m^2$

volume of cube = $A^3$ (A is the side)

$A^3=0.5$

$A=\sqrt[3]{30.5}=0.8$

side $=0.8$ m

$\therefore$ so, the length of each side $=0.8$ m

volume = $0.5m^2$
