Given, height =9 m
We need to find radius of the base of cylinder.
Also given, Curved surface area =13× total surface area.
Curved surface of the solid cylinder =2πr.h
Total surface area =2πr2+2πrh
Therefore, 2πrh=13(2πr2+2πrh)
6πrh=2πr2+2πrh
4πrh=2πr2
r=2h=2×9=18 m
