$N_2{V}_2=N_3{V}_3$ $\Downarrow$

$y{N}_2=1.2\times 10$ $0.6\times 2H^{+}$

$N_2=12/y$ $=1.2N$

$N_1{V}_1=N_2{V}_2\left(acidx\right)\left(NaOH\right)N_1\times 5=\frac{12}{y}\times y{N}_1=2.4N$

$\therefore$ normality of acid $x=2.4N$
