The correct option is A $70$ cm
$P_{S} = P_{R}$

$P_{S} = 40 + 40 + 40 + 40 = 160 c m$

$P_{R} = 2 (l) + (b) 2 = 2 (l + b) = 2 (10 + b) c m$

$∴ 160 = 2 (10 + b)$

$\Rightarrow 80 = 10 + b$

$\Rightarrow b = 70$ cm
